Depending on the area(s) of focus, massage, as well as other methods, are recommended such as; cupping, acupuncture, etc. Using other methods during the treatment like: - cupping ( increases blood flow) - scraping ( decreases adhesions in soft tissue - myofascial work ( separating the fascia that surrounds the muscles to improve blood flow and range of motion) -acupuncture ( reestablishing chi/energy within the body) -heating pad When booking this treatment, a minimum of an hour is required.

Cancellation Policy

When booking, we request a deposit to confirm and hold your appointment time. The deposit is then deducted from the total cost of your appointment. This deposit is non-refundable. If you have paid for your service in full, and need to cancel your appointment, you will be refunded the service total minus the deposit. If your appointment is cancelled or rescheduled you may carry this deposit over to your next session.
