Service Description

This type of treatment focuses on 1-3 areas that are cause pain/discomfort due to injury, repetitive movements, fascia restrictions, posture, gait ( the way you walk/stand), and etc. There may be points of tenderness and /or sensitivity where the muscle fibers are “tangled” causing a trigger point or ‘knot’. Depending on the area(s) of focus, massage, as well as other methods, are recommended such as; cupping, acupuncture, etc. Using other methods during the treatment like: - cupping ( increases blood flow) - scraping ( decreases adhesions in soft tissue - myofascial work ( separating the fascia that surrounds the muscles to improve blood flow and range of motion) -acupuncture ( reestablishing chi/energy within the body) -heating pad

Cancellation Policy

When booking, we request a deposit to confirm and hold your appointment time. The deposit is then deducted from the total cost of your appointment. This deposit is non-refundable. If you have paid for your service in full, and need to cancel your appointment, you will be refunded the service total minus the deposit. If your appointment is cancelled or rescheduled you may carry this deposit over to your next session.
