This type of treatment focuses on 1-3 areas that cause pain/discomfort due to injury, repetitive movements, fascia restrictions, posture, gait ( the way you walk/stand), and etc.

There may be points of tenderness and /or sensitivity where the muscle fibers are “tangled” causing a trigger point or ‘knot’. Depending on the area(s) of focus, massage, as well as other methods, are recommended such as; cupping, acupuncture, etc.
